Mountain Bike the 100 Mile White Rim Trail

Canyonlands National ParkThe White Rim Trail in Canyonlands National Park, Utah, is a full 100 mile mountain bike route with spectacular views of the rust colored mesas, canyons, and sandstone arches. The trail starts down the Shafer switchbacks not far into the park, and is accessible to mountain bikes, hikers, and off road vehicles. It is named after the light colored water-eroded shelf of sandstone that it follows most of the time called the White Rim. Rock Climb in Zion National Park

Zion CanyonZion National Park in Utah offers some of the most stunning hiking, biking, and rock climbing in the North West United States. There are 40 climbing sections with over 160 different routes, making this one of the most popular climbing destinations for world class climbers. The richly colored sandstone cliffs top out around 2,000 feet and provide several big wall climbs. Few sections in the park are appropriate for beginners, but there are 2 bouldering areas in the main canyon.
