Horseback Riding in the D.R.

My husband was in a writing mood today, so I invited him to be a guest blogger on EarthSkySun. With our flight to Texas only a few days away for a cousin’s wedding, we spent some time today reminiscing about our own wedding and honeymoon. Horseback Riding at Excellence“Horseback riding in the Dominican Republic was an adventure that I will never forget! Our first ride consisted of getting thrown up on our horse and the wranglers saying “Hold on.” It was at an all inclusive resort so the horseback ride was part of the inclusive. Just imagine over thirty beginner riders on our ride on the beach with only 5 wranglers. That is a lot of horses, a lot of people, and a very good chance for an accident. [Read more…]
